All floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces wiped, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, dusting, bins emptied and beds made if linen is out. Inside cupboards, ovens, fridges, windows and walls are deep-clean items and are quoted separately.
No. The team brings equipment and products. If you prefer specific products for allergies or surfaces, tell us and we will use them.
No. Many clients give us a key or gate code. Access arrangements are agreed in writing, and the same team comes each time where possible.
Ask the business how it checks staff; a good cleaning company checks ID and references for every team member and can tell you who is coming.
